HP's all-new Spectre 13 notebook has a more polished design and, rather impressively, an

even smaller footprint than last year's record-thin, show-stopping original. The newcomer also offers vastly improved hardware, headlined by eighth-generation Intel processors with quad-core architecture, a touch-sensitive display panel, a larger battery capacity, and better speakers. In the metal, the 2017 HP Spectre 13 looks even more striking than its eye-grabbing predecessor, especially in the brand-new ceramic white finish with matte gold accents. HP has also peppered the notebook with cool design elements, ranging from angular edges all the way to the beautifully machined loudspeaker grilles. The new generation has a much smaller footprint. Thanks to much thinner screen bezels and a new location of the loudspeakers, it's more than half an inch narrower than the previous generation. At 10.4 millimeters closed (less than half an inch) and weighing less than 2.5 pounds, the new Spectre 13 is just as impossibly thin and light as its predecessor — according to HP, it's the thinnest touchscreen laptop available today. The tech giant has achieved the feat by using lightweight and durable materials such as aluminum and carbon fiber in the device's making.                                                                                                                     http://www.bestproducts.com/tech/news/a2115/hp-spectre-13-ultrabook-review/
