PUMPKIN PECAN COBBLER IS LIKE THANKSGIVING'S COOL COUSIN

Cobbler's an unsung hero of the dessert table... probably because it's kind of boring

(kind of like the Adam Sandler movie The Cobbler, actually). This version, though, throws a little Thanksgiving into the mix courtesy of some pumpkin puree, transforming a run-of-the-mill peach cobbler into something far more fantastic.
